材料准备(两人份)
- 面条
- 两个鸡蛋
- 两根英国大葱切末
- 两片姜切末
- 适量牛肉切丁
- 准备小碗放一个八角,桂皮,白扣,少许白胡椒粒
预备步骤
- 热锅植物油香油煎鸡蛋
- 热水焯一下牛肉
核心步骤
- 热锅植物油香油,放入葱白部分炝锅
- 加入开水和牛肉粒,加入碗中的调料,焖3分钟
- 加入一勺生抽,半勺老抽,一勺蚝油
- 加入适量鸡精和盐调鲜
- 加适量红油藤椒油调辣
- 放入面条,煮到熟
后续
- 面条添至碗中,盖上鸡蛋
- 加剩下的葱绿末
