材料准备(两人份)

  • 面条
  • 两个鸡蛋
  • 两根英国大葱切末
  • 两片姜切末
  • 适量牛肉切丁
  • 准备小碗放一个八角,桂皮,白扣,少许白胡椒粒

预备步骤

  • 热锅植物油香油煎鸡蛋
  • 热水焯一下牛肉

核心步骤

  • 热锅植物油香油,放入葱白部分炝锅
  • 加入开水和牛肉粒,加入碗中的调料,焖3分钟
  • 加入一勺生抽,半勺老抽,一勺蚝油
  • 加入适量鸡精和盐调鲜
  • 加适量红油藤椒油调辣
  • 放入面条,煮到熟

后续

  • 面条添至碗中,盖上鸡蛋
  • 加剩下的葱绿末
